I have the copyrights for the artwork, but the character rights belong to the commissioner.

DEAL > 50% PAYMENT > SKETCHES, I will be showing them to you for you to tell me what to change until you are satisfied> LOW RESOLUTION FINISHED ARTWORK > FINISH YOUR PAYMENT > HIGH-RESOLUTION ARTWORK TO YOUR EMAIL.
Full refunds are available until the artist shows a work-in-progress. Once the artist has shown a work-in-progress there will be no more refunds.

Client submits order.
I will give you a final price quote and deadline for your work.
Once in agreeance, I will forward you a Paypal invoice.
Upon first part payment, I will start your piece and send you WIPs (Sketch, lines + flats, final colors.) At any of these stages, please offer appropriate feedback and notes to keep in mind.
After the piece is ready, I'll send you a low res version and another Paypal invoice to finish the payment.
Final delivery, I'll send the full HIGH res piece to your email.
